Tour a property for lease

If you are ready to tour one of our listings, please fill out this Rental Interest Survey before scheduling an appointment. To apply for a property for lease there is a $30.00 non-refundable application fee and applicants must put three months down to move in (first month, last month, and security deposit). Sparrow East will review your income(s), credit, rental and employment history and other information in order to verify that you qualify for the property. Unless otherwise noted in the listing, regretfully our policy is that pets are not permitted in our rental properties. All properties are entirely non-smoking.
