Sparrow East has settled on our next project! A guest house conversion of an old cottage located at the end of Meadow Lane here on the farm. The cottage is nestled among beautiful, old growth Crepe Myrtles and even a historic, Philadelphia classic, a Franklinia!
The cottage stands bare with 275 sqft of rough, open space just waiting to be uplifted. We hope to have you over for a cozy stay in another year or so!
